interactive with this website. Before you provide me with
your personal information, I will give you some very

INFORMATION:
1. There are no finites in the length of time you will be
in the program. The length of time you are in the program
will be in your decision.
ONLY REQUIREMENT: ANY PERSON THAT STARTS IN THE SIT TALL
STAND TALL PROGRAM will be REQUIRED A MINIMUM OF 3
MONTHS.
2. The only way to have an opportunity to take advantage
of the SIT TALL STAND TALL PROGRAM is to schedule and
have an evaluation.
3. PAYMENTS for the services of the SIT TALL STAND TALL
PROGRAM will be PRIVATE PAY or SPONSORSHIP DONATION.
INSURANCE and WORKMANS’S COMPENSATION WILL NOT PAY
FOR THE SERVICE.
4. MUST FILL OUT THE EVALUATION FORM to PROVIDE
INFORMATION TO SCHEDULE AN EVALUATION.
